About Me

Welcome to my website. I'm a 25 year old male from England. It’s always been a goal of mine to achieve my physical potential, and here I can use this site to share my training plans, upload tutorials, articles and more. I’m not a bodybuilder, I just train for strength and fitness.

Currently I’m working towards being able to do a one arm pullup and planche pushups. I’ve uploaded a dragon flag tutorial which you can check out here.

I do hold a level 3 CYQ personal trainer qualification and am qualified to give advice on strength and cardio training, as well as nutrition and weight management.

 


Current training plan

I’m currently doing a traditional strength workout 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday which consists of:

Front lever-60 seconds
3 sets of pseudo planche pushups, 5-8 reps
1 set of pullups-3-5 reps
3 sets of one leg squats-3-5 reps
L-sit (30 seconds) OR dragon flags (2 sets of 3-5 reps).

 

In addition to this I “grease the groove” with headstand pushups and one arm pullup negatives 5 days a week.

No cardio since I’m too busy with work at the moment.
